I did not find many drug baggies today, but I spotted these two ladies actually smoking crack right out front, in broad daylight. To be fair, it WAS a beautiful sunny day. It would be a shame to smoke your crack indoors when you could sit out and enjoy the sunshine.
In all seriousness, this is just pathetic. Queens has become so filthy and lawless that people feel perfectly comfortable sitting outside smoking crack.
