Specifically, the railroad overpass on Woodside Avenue, next to the notorious collection of benches on 69th Street where dead-drunk dudes hang out all day and night, occasionally engaging in fights, smashing each other over the heads with glass bottles, and hitting on moms picking up their kids from PS 12.
