The residents of this building on 74th Street between Woodside and 41st Avenues-- (corrected, thanks to the commenter below) don't mind if the front of their domicile looks like this.
UPDATE: July 24, 2017:
I only had the strength to fill one can, but I picked up most of the litter. Maybe this will inspire the residents to clean up the overgrown grass and weeds and keep their lil tree pit lookin' better. Yeah, dum spiro, spero!
For the record there is no 42nd Avenue, it's 41st Ave. It's the people who don't live here who litter. I have to admit that I once had somebody place a plastic bag with garbage inside of it and hang the bag on my front gate. At least I didn't have to bend down and pick it up.
